Her areas of expertise encompass leading the implementation and execution of comprehensive successful business plans, streamlining restaurant operations, and entertainment booking, event management and the coordination of weddings.
Tara has successfully led various team-building initiatives, designed and conducted annual staff training programs that promote professional growth, led thorough marketing strategies , and collaborated with numerous businesses to create valuable partnerships.

Dan is a nationally recognized culinary educator with over thirty-five years of experience in the foodservice industry. He has effectively managed diverse restaurant environments, ranging from intimate teams of twelve to bustling commercial kitchens with over two hundred employees. His belief in achieving success through education serves as the cornerstone of his managerial philosophy.
Dan's expertise encompasses menu development, food cost management, kitchen efficacy, and both individual and team training. He possesses a keen ability to analyze market trends, which allows him to stay ahead in a constantly evolving industry. With a passionate commitment to excellence, Dan continues to inspire culinary teams and elevate standards across the foodservice landscape.
RETAIL PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST
Jolene has over 20 years of experience in connecting business partners in both public and private sectors. She has experience in gourmet cheese and seafood retail procurement, brand development, merchandising, advertising, category management, negotiation, team building, professional development, strategic implementation, and company collaboration.
Jolene has managed several categories and projects in a store setting as well as the corporate office, for both CPG products and across several commodities. In 2016 she completed her green belt certification in Lean Six Sigma. 2018 she was peer nominated and inducted into the New World Chapter of the Guilde Internationale des Fromagers, and was recognized for her contributions to the retail gourmet cheese and food industry as a whole and her ability to grow people and product lines.
